I-Fuel Payment Gateway Policy Details

1. Brief About Line of Business, Product / Service Description

I-Fuel Private Limited is engaged in the business of petroleum products distribution and fuel delivery solutions across India. The company operates through innovative fuel dispensing models such as Fuel Delivery Point (FDP), Mini Petrol Pump, Mobile Bowser, and Rural Fuel Distribution Networks. I-Fuel facilitates safe, compliant, and efficient fuel supply solutions for rural, remote, industrial, agricultural, and commercial sectors while supporting employment generation and last-mile fuel accessibility.

2. Purpose of Payment Gateway

The payment gateway is used for receiving payments from distributors, franchise partners, dealers, customers, and business associates for the following services:

  • Franchise registration fees
  • Security deposit payments
  • Fuel dispensing machine booking amounts
  • Advance payments for Mini Pump setup
  • Mobile Bowser setup payments
  • Fuel purchase payments
  • Annual maintenance and service charges
  • Documentation and processing fees
  • Partner onboarding charges

The gateway is intended strictly for business-related transactions and service payments.

3. Payment Acceptance Mode (INR / Non-INR)

I-Fuel accepts payments only in Indian Rupees (INR). Currently, international payments (non-INR transactions) are not accepted through the payment gateway.

4. Cancellation / Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds shall only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer
  • Excess payment received by mistake
  • Payment made for a service not initiated by I-Fuel
  • Cancellation approved by management as per company policy
Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are non-refundable:

  • Franchise registration fees
  • Documentation charges
  • Processing fees
  • Site inspection charges
  • Consultation and onboarding fees
Refund Timeline

Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–15 working days after verification and management approval.

Refund Request Process

Customers must submit a written refund request with:

  • Payment proof
  • Transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request
  • Registered contact details

Official request must be sent to the company support team.

7. Terms and Conditions

By making payments through the payment gateway, the customer agrees to the following:

  • All payments are subject to verification and approval
  • Submission of payment does not guarantee automatic approval of distributorship/franchise
  • I-Fuel reserves the right to reject applications that do not meet policy requirements
  • False information may result in cancellation without refund
  • Fuel business operations are subject to statutory approvals and compliance requirements
  • Pricing, services, and policies may be revised by management without prior notice
  • Legal disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction as per company registered office location

8. Competition Sourcing – Currently Live on Any PA / PG

Currently, I-Fuel is using standard banking channels including:

  • Bank Transfers (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
  • UPI Payments
  • Current Account Collection System

The company is in the process of integrating a dedicated Payment Gateway (PG) for streamlined digital collections and partner onboarding.
